DDOSC welcomes 81 new non-teaching personnel, strengthens admin backbone
Davao de Oro State College bolstered its administrative workforce by welcoming 81 new regular, permanent, non-teaching staff members to its ranks who took their oath today at the DDOSC – Main Campus Audio Visual Room.
College President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, presided over the ceremony, welcoming the new staff members and highlighting their important role in supporting the college’s operations across its four branches.
In her address, Dr. Ganiera expressed her confidence that the new staff members, as the newest members of the DDOSC family, would embrace the values of excellence, integrity, and solidarity that define the institution.
“As the new breed of DDOSC employees, I am confident that you can embody the values that shape the identity of this institution.” Dr. Ganiera quipped.
The new hires will be assigned to various administrative offices across the four branches, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the college.
