DDOSC PMT Holds performance planning, consultation
In adherence with the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) cycle, the Davao de Oro State College Performance Management Team (PMT) conducted a three-day Performance Planning, Consultation, and Workshop via Zoom platform.
The activity, which ran from June 19-21, 2024, aimed to streamline the college’s performance management system.
Dr. Gloryjean C. Altamera, the chairperson of the PMT for Teaching, and Kim F. Baloca, CPA, the chairperson of the PMT for Non-Teaching, led the consultation and workshop.
Additionally, Lovely Mae Deoric and Michell Jadman, members of the PMT Secretariat, discussed the errors that were found in the OPCR forms from the previous cycle.
During the workshop, the divisions, offices, and units with counterparts in the external branches joined breakout rooms to finalize and harmonize their OPCR targets and success indicators.
By bringing together academic and administrative leaders, this workshop paves the way for the successful finalization of OPCR forms for the July to December 2024 period.
This streamlined approach contributes to more effective performance management for the institution.
