CHED XI, OIQAG visit DDOSC for conversion evaluation

The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XI, through the Office of Institutional Quality Assurance and Governance (OIQAG), arrives at the Davao de Oro State College today to conduct the Evaluation for DDOSC College Conversion.
The three-day visit aims to thoroughly inspect and evaluate the College’s adherence to program standards and institutional requirements across all four campuses.
Dr. Raul F. Muyong, Director IV, heads the OIQAG evaluation team, along with Dr. Mildred M. Libot, Sarah Jane Bulauan, Ruel T. Salem, Jocelyn Balanag, and Maynard Balao.
Also present during the visit is CHED-RO XI Director Dr. Maricar R. Casquejo, who is joined by Dr. Luis D. Perez, Dr. Evelyn S. Ecle, Dr. Leomar Oblandia, Dr. Lourdes D. Cesar, and Dr. Ma. Christina B. Condez.
The visit aims to validate DDOSC’s compliance with CHED Administrative Order No. 1, s. 2021, and CMO No. 46, s. 2012, which outlines the minimum requirements for higher education institutions. The evaluation will also assess the college’s adherence to the standards for its 10 program offerings.
A 10-member CHED Composite Team (CCT), composed of experts in higher education and quality assurance, is conducting the evaluation.
The CCT includes Dr. Ferdinand Somido, Dr. Glenda Joy Lopez, Dr. Aileen D. Ybañes, Dr. Leonard Dorado, Dr. Amalia Almazol, Dr. Celia Ilanan, Dr. Hasmin Ignacio, Dr. Irene R. De Villa, Dr. Edmar N. Franquera, and Dr. Mark Gleen Cidro.
Representing DDOSC during the opening program were DDOSC President Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Gloryjean C. Altamera, Chief for Administration and Finance Kim F. Baloca, CPA, Administrative Division Director Janice C. Hermosilla, Production Services Division Director, Dr. Jennifer T. Pelegrino, Research and Development Division Director Jupite Mark U. Banayag, Student Affairs and Services Director Judith R. Tudy, Academic Services Division Director Dr. Pedro P. Raymunde, Jr., branch directors, and office and unit heads.
