The program began with the torch lighting, signifying peace, unity, and the enduring spirit of competition.

In her opening remarks, Human Resources Management Unit Head Reah C. Niog encouraged employees to display their athletic prowess while upholding the values of camaraderie, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the month-long sports fest.

Meanwhile, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Gloryjean C. Altamera officially declared the festivities open, emphasizing the importance of wellness, teamwork, and fellowship in fostering a stronger and more dynamic DDOSC community.

Adding color and energy to the event, the Banner Raising Competition drew cheers and playful banter as the three competing teams—OSUCP Monarch, OCAF Knights, and Team OVPAA—vied for the spotlight and rallied support from their members.

Following the program, the games officially commenced in Basketball, Volleyball, E-sports, Chess, and others, which marked the start of a fun-filled and action-packed celebration for our civil servants of DDOSC.
