Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay, SUC President of Davao de Oro State College, took part in the Awarding Ceremony for the Commission on Higher Education Unified Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST) Scholarships on September 12, 2025, at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City.
