QAU jumpstarts 2nd IQA for 9001:2015 recertification
The Quality Assurance Unit, headed by Nova Mae B. Nasol, officially opened the Second Internal Quality Audit (IQA) for 2025 today, October 2, at the DDOSC Audio-Visual Room.
Held twice a year, the IQA assesses the adequacy and performance of the College’s processes as part of its initiatives to sustain ISO 9001:2015 certification and reaffirm DDOSC’s commitment to quality service.
Scheduled on October 2–3 and 6–8, 2025, the audit will be spearheaded by IQA Lead Auditor Kerwin C. Sinagula, with the internal auditors visiting all process owners and offices across all DDOSC branches.
DDOSC President Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay graced the opening program and enjoined the employees to actively support the audit process as a shared responsibility in sustaining the College’s culture of quality.
Through the biannual IQA, DDOSC continues to foster a culture of excellence and accountability in delivering quality education and public service among its personnel and offices.
