[πππ’π¦π ππ’π π¨π£πππ§ππ¦] Pursuant to Executive Order No. 02 also known as the Freedom of Information (FOI) Executive Order, which upholds the publicβs constitutional right to access information and promotes transparency and accountability in government, the Davao de Oro State College, through the Freedom of Information Section, continues to implement its FOI program.

From July to December 2024, DdOSC received a total of 16 FOI requests, all of which were successfully processed and provided to the requesting parties.
For the succeeding semester, covering January to June 2025, the College received 26 FOI requests. Of these, 22 were granted, three (3) were denied under the FOI Exceptions List, and one (1) was redirected to another government agency as the requested information was not within the Collegeβs custody.

From July to September 2025, the institution received ten (10) FOI requests, all of which were successfully provided.
Through the active implementation of the FOI program, DdOSC reaffirms its commitment to open governance and the promotion of transparency as a cornerstone of public service.
