DepEd–ALS, DdOSC-Maragusan ink MOA for Project INSTILL
Davao de Oro State College and the Department of Education – Alternative Learning System (DepEd–ALS) Division of Davao de Oro have formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement to jointly implement PROJECT INSTILL: Instilling Knowledge and Practical Skills through Non-Formal and Informal Education.
Held on 28 November 2025 at the Audiovisual Room, DDOSC–Maragusan Branch, the signing reinforces a shared commitment to advancing inclusive education, strengthening digital literacy, enriching lifelong learning, and empowering out-of-school children, youth, and adults in Maragusan.
The agreement outlines collaborative responsibilities including digital skills training, AI-assisted teaching strategies, Basic Life Support sessions, instructional material development, community mapping, and capacity-building research write shops, establishing a comprehensive approach to community-responsive education.
This meaningful partnership is graced by Ms. Emma Camporedondo, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, and Ms. Eva P. Mundan, Education Program Specialist II–ALS, alongside the dedicated ALS teachers.
Representing DDOSC are Lead Extensionist Ms. Jovelyn S. Layague, Project Leader Mr. Nick Alvin Asidoy, and Project INSTILL members Ms. Angelika M. Bulas, Ms. Rheamie R. Fuyonan, Ms. Harlie M. Besoro, and Ms. Juliet E. Tilan, who will spearhead the program’s implementation at the community level.
Through this agreement, both institutions affirm their unified goal of promoting Quality Education, uplifting communities, and ensuring accessible, relevant, and life-changing learning opportunities for all.
