DdOSC sends off 97 delegates for RCAF 2026

Davao de Oro State College conducted a send-off ceremony for its 97-member delegation for the upcoming Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) Regional Culture and the Arts Festival (RCAF) 2026, today, March 4, 2026, at the DdOSC Activity Center.

Composed of 79 student delegates and 18 coaches, led by Sports, Culture, and Arts Development Unit Head Dr. Jeric E. Suguis, the DdOSC contingent will compete in musical, literary, visual, dance, and dramatic arts competitions on March 6-8, 2026, at Davao del Norte State College, Panabo City.

In her message, Student Affairs and Services Division Director Judith R. Tudy, MAEd, encouraged the entrants to compete with integrity, professionalism, and humility.

She also reminded the team to remain united and supportive of one another, emphasizing that solidarity strengthens both performance and character.

The three-day regional festival carries the theme, “Pagsaulog: Pagpasidungog sa Aton Panublion, Kultura, kag Bahandi”.

DdOSC will compete alongside five other SUCs in the region: Davao del Norte State College, Davao del Sur State College, Davao Oriental State University, Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology, and University of Southeastern Philippines.

Meanwhile, as the team heads to Panabo City, College President Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay expressed full institutional support for the delegation.
