BSA program undergoes PRC inspection, monitoring

Representatives from the Professional Regulation Board of Agriculture descended on Davao de Oro State College to conduct inspection and monitoring of the college’s Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSA) program on March 20-22, 2024.
 
This visit aimed to ensure that DDOSC’s BSA program complies with the set requirements established by the PRC’s Professional Regulatory Board for Agriculture (PRB-AGR).
 
The monitoring team comprised of Hon. Dr. Emma K. Sales, Chairperson, Professional Regulatory Board of Agriculture (PRB-AGR); Hon. Dr. Annabelle S. Sarabia, Member, Professional Regulatory Board of Agriculture (PRB-AGR); and Tomasito M. Demegillo, Jr., RN.MAN., PRC – RO XI Representative.
 
In her address, DDOSC President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, welcomed the PRB-AGR and expressed confidence that the BSA program meets the standards set by the PRC and other regulatory agencies.
 
Jupite Mark U. Banayag, MSC, and Sarah Jean Abellera, MSC, the deans of the BSA programs in Compostela and Maragusan, respectively, led the presentation of DDOSC’s conformity with the PRB-AGR monitoring requirements.
 
This visit ensures that the DDOSC BSA program equips graduates with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the field of agriculture and to meet the qualification standards for licensure. (DDOSC-PIU)
