DDOSC-REC hosts USeP for benchmarking visit
Davao de Oro State College welcomed visitors from the University of Southeastern Philippines for a benchmarking activity on Philippine Health Research Ethics Board (PHREB) accreditation today at the Presidential Conference Room.
The triumvirate from USeP included Dr. Roger C. Montepio, Vice President for RDE; Dr. Merlina H. Juruena, Research and Development Director; and Dr. Hyde Nadela, Technical Working Group member.
The DDOSC Research Ethics Committee is currently Level II accredited by the PHREB.
Meanwhile, DDOSC President Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay warmly welcomed the guests, underscoring the importance of observing national and international standards of research ethics.
DDOSC-REC Chairperson Rona C. Apolinario was also present and shared valuable inputs that can help USeP with its preparations for PHREB accreditation.
