Non-teaching personnel undergo 2-day personality development seminar

Thirty-five non-teaching staff of Davao de Oro State College are taking part in the “Values-Based Personality Development Seminar” held from September 25 to 26, 2025, at Eden Nature Park, Toril, Davao City.

The activity, which stemmed from the results of the employees’ 2025 Individual Development Plan (IDP), aims to strengthen personality development and support participants as they transition into more permanent roles.

Serving as resource speaker, Dr. Fe Jennifer B. Perez, CLSSYB, facilitated a series of interactive learning sessions and activities designed to foster self-awareness, professional growth, and values formation throughout the two-day seminar.

The participants include personnel holding positions such as Administrative Assistant III and Administrative Officers I and II.

They were identified by the Human Resource Management Unit as individuals who had been recently hired or promoted from Job Order status to regular plantilla positions, as well as those reassigned to new offices and responsibilities.

HRMU Head Reah C. Niog emphasized that the seminar will have lasting benefits for the College, enhancing the efficiency and overall performance of its non-teaching personnel.
