COPC-Compliant Academic Programs
DdOSC achieved 100% compliance with CHED requirements across all 15 academic programs, affirming that every program offered across campuses meets national quality standards.
Students Enrolled Across Campuses
For Academic Year 2025–2026, DdOSC recorded 7,111 enrolled students, reflecting the growing trust of families and communities in the College.
Graduates Produced
The College produced 1,526 graduates for Academic Year 2024–2025, contributing new professionals to education, entrepreneurship, agriculture, criminology, government, and industry.
Licensure Examination Topnotchers
With five new topnotchers in 2025 and 2026, DdOSC has now produced a total of 31 licensure examination topnotchers since 2018, proving its epithet as the cradle of golden opportunities.
Among CHED-Recognized TEIs Nationwide
Through the EQUATE Award, DdOSC was recognized by CHED as one of only 120 Teacher Education Institutions nationwide for quality assurance in teacher education.
Free Higher Education Support
More than 6,936 students benefited from Free Higher Education under RA 10931, with over ₱51.64 million in tuition and school fee coverage.
Graduate Employability Rate
By November 2025, 977 out of 1,275 monitored graduates were already employed, showing stronger alignment between DdOSC training and real-world opportunities.
Global Innovation Recognition
DdOSC made its debut in the 2026 World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI), earning three Top 50 placements: Rank 19 in Entrepreneurial Culture and Ecosystem, Rank 33 in Social Impact Through Knowledge Transfer, and Rank 47 in Student Support and Engagement.
Second-Highest Rated SUC in Mindanao
In the 2024 DBM Agency Performance Review, DdOSC earned a Very Satisfactory rating of 4.80 out of 5, making it the second-highest rated State University and College in Mindanao.
COA Unmodified Opinion
With auditors from the Commission on Audit not finding material misstatements, DdOSC received an Unmodified Opinion for Fiscal Year 2025, affirming sound fiscal management, transparency, and good governance.
