[DdOSC FOI UPDATES] in line with Executive Order No. 02, or the Executive Order on Freedom of Information (FOI), which mandates full public disclosure of all government records within the Executive Branch and its agencies, Davao de Oro State College has implemented the Freedom of Information (FOI) program.

From October to December 2025, the Main Campus received a total of 13 FOI requests, and 12 requests from July to December.

The Maragusan Branch received 3 FOI requests from November to December 2025, and another 3 requests for January to March 2026.

The New Bataan Branch received 1 request from January to March 2026, while the Montevista Branch received no FIO requests during the same periods.

Overall, DdOSC received a total of 32 FOI requests from October to December 2025 and January to March 2026, all of which were successfully processed and provided to the requesting parties.

Through the active implementation of the FOI program, DdOSC reaffirms its commitment to open governance and the promotion of transparency as a cornerstone of public service.
