DdOSC-PMT holds college-wide performance evaluation for Jan–June 2026 rating period
As part of the institution’s continuing efforts to strengthen institutional performance and accountability, the Davao de Oro State College Performance Management Team (DdOSC-PMT) conducted the College-Wide Performance Evaluation for the January – June 2026 Rating Period today, August 12, 2026, via Zoom.
Anchored on the College’s Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Calendar, the activity presented the overall performance ratings, evaluation results, and key findings of offices, divisions, units, and sections across DdOSC.
Furthermore, it provided an avenue for academic and administrative heads to clarify concerns and raise questions regarding their Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) accomplishment submissions.
During the evaluation, PMT Secretariat Engr. Constantine Mozart N. Quiblat commended the all the coordinators, heads, and directors after all units obtained at least a Very Satisfactory performance rating.
Notably, the Internationalization Unit and the Production Services Section recorded the highest results, each earning an Outstanding rating of 5.0.
Dr. Gloryjean C. Altamera, Vice President for Academic Affairs and PMT Chair for Teaching, emphasized the importance of the evaluation in identifying performance gaps, validating accomplishments, and ensuring that institutional targets remain aligned with the College’s strategic directions.
Meanwhile, DdOSC President Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay expressed appreciation for the commitment and dedication demonstrated by the academic and administrative heads throughout the evaluation period.
“The success of the College does not depend on the outstanding performance of a single office in isolation, but on the collective commitment, collaboration, and excellence of every unit working toward a shared vision and common purpose,” stressed Dr. Matunhay.
